I think that this is completely true. I think its good for students to not have to change to fit the teachers pattern, but for the teacher to help the student with the way that they know and work. This is a really good point and I totally agree with Bruce Lee.
Absolutely. A person should be who they are, and not have to adapt to a system and be like everyone else, like robots. Education shouldn't be 'Mass Produced' in a 'one size fits all' model, there should be one model tailored specifically for each individual.
